Work alongside internal teams (Marketing, Conference Production, Event Operations) to support the delivery of sponsor commitments. Assist with managing sponsor assets (logos, content, booth plans) and help maintain brand consistency across platforms. Support sponsors with booth design and logistics information, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. Provide hands-on assistance during events, helping resolve routine issues quickly to help ensure a smooth sponsor experience.

Project & Event Support

Contribute to the preparation and improvement of sponsorship materials by providing ideas and attention to detail. A collaborative contributor who brings enthusiasm, flexibility, and initiative to every assignment. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including some weekends, to help support event success. Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (e.g. Salesforce) is preferred.
