A bit about the role...

Working in a team with the Senior Manager and Head of Sponsorship, Government and Parliament, the Manager will play a critical role in delivering Homes England's sponsorship and engagement activity. You will be joining our small but highly skilled team who are committed to delivering effective engagement with key stakeholders.





The Sponsorship, Government and Parliament team is dedicated to delivering a first-class customer service, resolving issues informally wherever possible, taking an innovative and creative approach to engagement. The team believes in working in a collaborative way to foster good decision making and problem solving.





This is a rare chance to shape the future of the Sponsorship, Government and Parliament team in a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose. Working with key stakeholders and a professional team, you will ensure efficient, consistent and effective resolution of sponsorship activity and the have the opportunity to help deliver dedicated engagement strategies.





The role will support the design and delivery of strategic engagement projects with key stakeholders. There are some exciting projects to get involved with and this is an excellent opportunity to balance day to day delivery whilst bringing innovative solutions to the team's service offering.

You'll be comfortable supporting the team with stakeholder management, aiming to build deep and collaborative relationships. You will be proficient in navigating complex relationships and delivering projects independently and to a high standard.





Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn't always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the operational impact of what we do as a team. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.





You'll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
