Sponsorship Sales Executive (German Speaker)
Base salary up to xc2xa340K + Commission + Benefits
Central London based, hybrid working + Travel
A leading international b2b events company, recognised with multiple industry awards, is hiring a fluent German speaker for an exciting new role as a Sponsorship Sales Executive based in their London office.
As a German speaking Sponsorship Sales Executive you will be selling sponsorship packages for large-scale German based b2b conference to a European client base.
This role demands a highly articulate, sales driven individual who enjoys building relationships and has real hunger to close high value yielding sales.
It's essential you are a fluent German speaker with b2b sales experience for this position.
The German speaking Sponsorship Sales Executive Position:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the sales pipeline and onboard fresh clients
• Develop relationships with existing clients
• Conduct consultative and solutions focused sales pitches via phone, digital meetings and in-person meetings
• Promote and sell premium sponsorship packages to businesses
• Strengthen relationships with key clients by developing tailored marketing strategies aimed at increasing annual spend and providing ROI
• Maintain a strong understanding of the market through ongoing research and training, both internally and externally
• Take a consultative, solution-focused approach to selling, offering creative, tailored solutions that align with client needs
• Travel regularly to industry events

Your experience

• Direct experience in b2b sales, ideally from event sales or media sales, IT sales, recruitment etc
• A fluent German speaker (essential)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of successfully achieving revenue targets
• Organised and able to manage your time and priorities effectively
• A consultative and solutions led sales approach
• Able to work as part of a fast paced, ambitious and supportive team but take responsibility for your own tasks effectively.
