Sponsorship Sales Lead
Marketing Services & Events for the Financial Services Industry
Salary up to 65K+Uncapped Commission
London (Hybrid- 3 days in office) | Fintech | Full-Time
Our client is a marketing services & events company that supports the financial Services industry. From flagship events experiences to data-driven content campaigns and hosted buyer programmes, this high-growth business connects innovators, investors, and industry leaders through meaningful engagement.
We're looking for a Sponsorship Sales Lead to drive revenue across a full suite of products: multi-layer marketing campaigns, sponsorships, partnerships, and premium event services.
In this role, you'll own your targets, manage and grow a small and high-performing sales team, and shape the commercial future of an exciting marketing and events brand.
What You'll Do

Lead & grow the sales team
Hit both personal and team targets
Sell multi-channel marketing solutions & event sponsorships
Drive hosted buyer & VIP meeting programme sales
Identify new growth opportunities across fintech sectors
Build relationships with C-level decision makers
Travel to meetings and industry events (UK & international)

What You'll Bring

A proven B2B sponsorship sales track record
Knowledge of the financial services industry
Experience leading or mentoring a sales team
Confident pitching integrated campaigns to senior clients
