Role Responsibilities:
  • Drive new sponsorship revenue across a growing portfolio of automotive conferences and events.
  • Conduct independent research to identify potential sponsors.
  • Explore new topics and market segments, identifying emerging opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a database of existing and prospective sponsors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Perform key account management, deepening client relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and operations teams.
  • Research and launch new events and conferences.
  • Attend events to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer service through direct interaction.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Degree educated with a strong passion for sales.
  • 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience (media, publishing, hospitality, etc.).
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Strong interest in the automotive sector.
  • Intelligent, articulate, and entrepreneurial.
  • Structured approach with excellent time management.
  • A hunter mentality with sharp business acumen.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Open-minded and eager to learn.
