Sponsorship Sales Manager - International B2B Events
London, Hybrid working (2 or 3 days in the office) + Overseas Travel
Salary Base up to 60K (flexible)+Uncapped Commission+ Benefits
We're looking for a commercially driven and highly experienced sponsorship sales professional to grow sponsorship and exhibition income across a portfolio of international telecoms and tech conferences. The role centres on creating new revenue streams, strengthening client partnerships and expanding key accounts in a sector that is scaling rapidly worldwide.
What You'll Do

  • Identify and secure new sponsors and exhibitors through proactive outreach
  • Reconnect with lapsed partners and develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Understand client objectives and design tailored event packages
  • Collaborate with internal teams; marketing, production and event operations, to ensure the commercial goals of the event are met
  • Track and report sales pipeline progress, maintaining accurate forecasts
  • Represent the portfolio at global industry events and client meetings - travel will be required.
About you
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sponsorship sales - ideally selling on telecoms, tech, infrastructure or similar events.
  • Confident in building rapport with senior decision makers and navigating complex organisations. Excellent client management skills are required.
  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing new business
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Quick to absorb technical or market information and translate it into compelling proposals
  • Collaborative team player, self-starter with a strong commercial instinct and resilience under pressure
  • Excellent communicator and natural networker
  • Motivated by targets and by developing a deep understanding of dynamic markets
  • Collaborative and comfortable working across teams and time zones
