Boom Sports has been inspiring children through fun, active, and educational services for over

10 years

. We deliver high-quality sports coaching and wraparound childcare in primary schools across West London, helping children stay active, happy and confident every day.

We're growing -- and we're looking for enthusiastic leaders who are passionate about working with children.

The Role

We're seeking confident, energetic and adaptable

Sports & Activity Leads

to plan and lead engaging sessions for children aged 4-11. You will create a safe, fun environment while delivering a mix of sports, games, and creative activities.

Available Term-Time Roles (Mon-Fri)

Breakfast Club:

7:20am-8:50am

Lunchtime Sports Club:

11:45am-1:15pm

After School Care:

3:00pm-6:00pm

What You'll Do

Breakfast & After School Care

Plan and lead varied activities such as sports, team games, arts & crafts, and puzzles. Support children's wellbeing and build positive relationships. Create a safe and fun environment both indoors and outdoors.

Lunchtime Sports Club

Deliver exciting sports sessions (e.g., football, basketball, dodgeball & more). Encourage participation and teamwork. Manage behaviour safely and positively.

What We're Looking For

You must:

Be available Monday-Friday during school term time. Be willing to complete an

Enhanced DBS Check

(or already have one). Live within

30 minutes of the school location.

Desirable Skills

Experience working with primary school-age children. Sports coaching and/or childcare qualification. Experience leading wraparound care (breakfast/after school). Paediatric First Aid trained.
