Interact and deal appropriately with all community users and club members to provide a high quality of customer care.
Assist with the overall running of the Community Sports Facilities including King George V Playing Fields Changing Room / Pavilion and the 3G football pitch.
Assist with organising and facilitating all birthday / party bookings in Community Room and on 3G pitch.
Processing all cashless payments, card and on-line in accordance with the Commercial Operations Team booking system.
Carry out cleaning and monitoring duties in order to see the facilities presented in their best condition.
Supervise safe evacuation of the building in the event of any emergency.
Carry out opening up & locking up procedures in accordance with the Operational Plan for the facilities.
Serve customers at the social/bar facility when required.
To undertake any additional tasks / responsibilities as directed by the Business Operations Manager / Assistant Business Operations Manager.
Attend monthly staff training sessions.
The successful candidate will be expected to work a number of evenings and some weekends as part of their designated rota.

A commitment to protecting and safeguarding young people.
Desirable:
Experience in grassroots football or a similar sporting environment.
Highly effective communication / interpersonal skills.
Ability to serve the public & deal with booking enquiries.
Knowledge of setting up of sports areas.
