Sports Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated, passionate and professional candidate to fill the role of Sports Assistant.
You will play an operational role in maintaining and enhancing the facility for the benefit of our customers. You will be passionate about continuously improving the quality of service we offer.
Your duties include Lifeguarding the poolside, delivering Swimming Lessons and maintaining the facility to a high standard.
To be successful in this role you will have:
An interest in sport, preferably Swimming
National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (essential)
Good communication and Customer service skills
Enthusiasm and flexibility
Willing to learn new skills
The successful candidate will receive continuous support and work towards Leisure related Qualifications such as L1 & L2 Swimming Teacher, L2 Fitness Instructor and Pool Plant operators.
