About the Role:

We're building the

sports division of Pokerand

-- and we're looking for a sharp, organised, and football card-obsessed Buyer & Merchandiser to take ownership of our stream product pipeline.

You'll work behind the scenes to

source

,

prepare

, and

curate

the products that appear on stream -- including

singles, sealed boxes, break formats

, and

stream flow

. You'll also work directly with our streamers to guide what gets listed and when, ensuring the product mix stays exciting and profitable.

This is a key role in our football card content engine -- sitting between buying, creative, and fulfilment.

Responsibilities:

Source sealed football card products (Topps, Panini, etc.) from wholesalers and trusted resellers Buy singles and curated lots for stream content and graded repacks Prepare product for stream (e.g. label boxes, sort singles, stock the stream room) Plan and structure break formats (e.g. PYT, Random Team, pack battles, slabs vs sealed) Manage stream product flow and create stream menus in advance Work directly with streamers to guide product pacing and structure Track pricing trends and market value of key cards and products Monitor and report break profitability and stream performance Liaise with fulfilment and inventory teams to manage stock turnover

You'll thrive in this role if you:

Know the football card market in the UK & Europe Understand break formats, Expected Value (EV), and how to price for both excitement and margin Are confident buying sealed and single cards at scale Enjoy staying up-to-date with market trends, drops, and demand cycles Can balance structure (tracking, spreadsheets) with creativity (what makes a great break?) Have strong organisational skills and like to be ahead of the game Want to play a lead role in how Pokerand Sports shows up on stream
