Sports Coach / activities Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Sports coach or Activities Instructor to teach primary school children in our before and after-school clubs. The ideal candidate will have a love for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn and showcase our award winning service.

Having expanded from 500 to over 3,000 students in the past 2 years, we are a rapidly growing company looking to expand our team in the Farnborough/Aldershot, Surrey area.

Requirements:

- Capable of delivering fun and engaging classes to groups of 20-30 students..

- Passionate about working with children between the ages of 6 and 11.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Highly reliable with exceptional organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

Teach 10 sessions per week (10-hours per week) Attend 2-hours per week, paid staff training per week. Communicate/engage effectively with students. Drive to different locations for the sessions. Develop and consolidate relationships with parents and other partners. Incorporate our core company values of discipline, integrity and confidence into the sessions.

Compensation:

At a starting wage averaging

31.25 per hour

, we offer highly competitive pay.

Teaching 10 hours per week, with 2 hours fully paid training, this will equate to:

1500

per month

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 18,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 12 - 15 per week
