We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual who can combine their passion for sports coaching with strong organisational and administrative skills. This is a varied role where you will support both school-based activities and office-based tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver breakfast and after-school clubs in primary schools (sports and activity-based).
Support our holiday camps through preparation and coordination.
Carry out daily administrative duties, including:
Contacting schools and liaising with staff.
Managing documents on Google Drive, Google Forms, and Excel.
Supporting with funding applications (guidance provided).
Use initiative to solve problems and complete tasks independently.
Ensure excellent communication with children, parents, schools, and colleagues.
Working Hours:
7:30 am - 8:30 am: Breakfast Club (school-based)
9:00 am - 3:00 pm: Office work (Sudbury Town, Brent)
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm: After School Club (school-based)
Requirements:
Valid enhanced DBS check (essential).
Experience working with schools and children.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident using Google Drive, Excel, and Google Forms.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Desirable:
Experience in sports coaching or leading children's activities.
Knowledge of writing or supporting funding applications.
