Your role will be a mix of
transporting clients safely
to and from The Cube at the start and end of the day, and
delivering fun, inclusive sports sessions
throughout the day. You'll help individuals stay active, develop new skills, and most importantly, enjoy themselves in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, reliable transport for our clients at the beginning and end of the day.
Plan and deliver engaging sports sessions tailored to adults with additional needs.
Encourage participation, inclusion, and enjoyment for all abilities.
Support the wider team to create a positive and welcoming environment.
Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all participants.
What We're Looking For:
A full, clean driving licence (D1 desirable but not essential).
Experience in sports coaching or leading physical activities.
Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
A genuine passion for working with adults with additional needs.
Reliability and excellent communication skills.
