About the Role:

We're working closely with a local school in Bolton who are looking for a

motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable Sports Coach

to join their team on a

part-time basis (Monday to Wednesday)

.

Whether you're looking to gain experience before starting a teaching or coaching qualification, or simply want a rewarding and active role -- this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Sports Coach, you'll lead PE sessions, support physical education lessons, and promote health and wellbeing across the school community. Your role will also include helping students develop teamwork, resilience, and confidence through sport.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering or assisting with PE lessons and sports activities Supporting students in developing physical skills, fitness, and teamwork Leading structured games, drills, and sports sessions Creating a positive, energetic and inclusive environment for all pupils Being a role model and promoting healthy lifestyles and good sportsmanship

What We're Looking For:

A strong interest in sport, fitness, and working with young people Confident leadership and communication skills A proactive, energetic, and positive approach Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential) A coaching qualification, sports-related degree, or relevant experience An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
