We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Sports Coaches to join our team. As a Sports Coach at Foundation Sports, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality sports sessions to children aged 4-12, ensuring they develop their skills, confidence, and love for physical activity. Key Responsibilities

:

Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging sports sessions across a variety of age groups and skill levels. Foster a fun, supportive, and positive learning environment. Teach fundamental sports skills, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and schools. Provide feedback to participants and offer guidance for their improvement. Maintain and organise sports equipment. Adhere to Foundation Sports policies and child safeguarding procedures.

Requirements

:

Passion for sports and youth development. Relevant coaching qualifications (Level 1 or higher in specific sports is preferred). Experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or mentoring role. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes. Understanding of child safeguarding and health & safety standards. Flexible and adaptable, able to work across different locations and age groups.

Preferred

:

Specialisation in one or more sports (e.g., football, basketball, tennis, etc.). First Aid certification. Previous experience coaching in schools or community sports programs.
