The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated

Sports Coach

to join our team. You will deliver engaging multi-sport sessions in schools, support holiday camps, and help children of all abilities enjoy physical activity.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality PE and sports coaching sessions. Lead or assist at sports holiday camps and after-school clubs. Ensure the safety and welfare of children at all times. Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and school staff. Work independently and as part of a wider coaching team. Take part in training and CPD to continually improve coaching skills.

Essential Requirements

Minimum

NGB Level 2 coaching qualification

in at least one sport. Full UK driving licence with access to own transport. Experience delivering PE or coaching children in primary schools. Strong knowledge of the

national PE curriculum

for Key Stages 1 & 2. Excellent communication, organisation, and group management skills.

Desirable Qualifications

Degree in Sports Coaching, PE, or related subject. Additional NGB coaching qualifications (Level 1 or higher). Current

First Aid

and

Safeguarding

certificates (can be completed before starting).

Pay: 19,500.00-22,000.00 per year
