Lead Sports Coach at Little Kickers Bristol

Are you passionate about coaching and love working with young children? Little Kickers Bristol is seeking an

EXPERIENCED

sports coach to lead our dynamic football sessions! If you're confident, patient, and have a genuine desire to offer kids aged 1.5 to 8 years a positive introduction to the sport, we'd love to hear from you!

Position Details:

Role:

Lead Sports Coach

Availability:

Saturdays or Sundays (every week) to start ASAP. Must be in Bristol for the summer period of 2025 and beyond!

Location:

Bristol (We have a number of venues)

Time:

08:15 am - 12:45 pm (some locations may have slightly different start times)

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead Football Sessions:

Work alongside an assistant coach to deliver engaging football sessions.

Safety First:

Ensure the safety of children and adults attending our classes.

Efficient Administration:

Complete class registers and communicate with parents regarding their child's progress.

Exceptional Customer Service:

Be professional, punctual, and provide outstanding service.

Collaborate:

Work closely with the assistant coach and line manager to create a positive coaching environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

Previous experience working with young children and sports coaching is essential.

Confidence:

Be a loud presence, leading confidently in front of children and adults.

Physical Fitness:

This role involves leading football-based activities for children aged 18 months to 8 years.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal communication is key.

Contract Details:

Part-Time: 4 - 10 hours per week (guaranteed hours).

Training Rate:

While shadowing/learning to lead classes, the rate is 10 per hour or national minimum wage (for those 21 or over). Once fully trained and coaching independently, the hourly rate increases to 12.21-21.00.
