Sports Coach Coordinators

to help us deliver and manage impactful coaching services in their local communities.

Key Responsibilities:



Programme Management:

Oversee the delivery of Engage Community's 12 programmes in schools, businesses,and charitable organisations within your assigned postcode area.

Client Liaison:

Build and maintain relationships with schools, businesses, and charities to identify their needs andsecure and maintain new contracts.

Coaching Delivery:

Actively deliver sports coaching sessions, ensuring a high standard of quality and engagement.

Coordination and Planning:

Manage coaching schedules, adapt to community needs, and ensure smoothprogramme delivery.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the Engage Community team for ongoing training, support, anddevelopment of programme offerings.

Financial Package:



A small basic pay to support with IT and training. Hourly rate for sports coaching sessions. Performance-based bonus scheme tied to the contracts you manage and secure. Optional office space and gym membership IT support package including MacBook, iPad & iPhone

What You Need to Succeed:



A passion for sports and a desire to make a difference in the community. Excellent organisational and communication skills. A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

Essential Requirements:



Full driving licence.
Clean DBS check.
Willingness to work on a self-employed basis.
