Job Overview

We are seeking one or two passionate and dedicated Sports Coaches to join us at Playball Henley. (Classes also running in Reading) Part time or Full time.

We are looking to start Paid training as soon as possible. If we can find the right person we have morning classes in Henley town centre, afternoon sessions at primary schools and after school clusb ready and available.

The ideal candidate will have a background in sports coaching, be energetic and have a commitment to educating young children. All training will be provided so if you are motivated to learn and are looking to start a new career we look forward to hearing from you!

Good rates of pay.

All schools and classes will have set days and times organized at the beginning of every term.

Duties

Deliver the Playball Sports Program in your set Schools and classes. Educate young children on techniques, strategies, and rules of the sport. Organize and lead sessions, ensuring safety protocols are adhered to at all times. Communicate regularly with parents, Playball Admin and Management. Stay up to date on all Playball training and to attend planning meetings when necessary. Deliver occasional weekend Playball parties when required and if available.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire young children. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating leadership qualities. Relevant coaching qualifications, certifications or experience are desirable but not mandatory. A passion for sports and a commitment to promoting physical fitness and well-being among participants.
