Dynamic Coaching is seeking enthusiastic and driven sports coaches to join our team for the upcoming half-term holiday camps. If you are passionate about inspiring young people, have a knack for engaging groups in fun and active sessions and hold an enhanced DBS certificate, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

Position: Sports Coach

Location: Various HAF camp sites across South East London/ Kent

Hours: During school holidays (half-term)

Contract: Temporary/Seasonal

As a Sports Coach at Dynamic Coaching's HAF camps, you will deliver a variety of physical activities to children and young people. Ensuring sessions are engaging, inclusive and safe. You'll play a key role in supporting their wellbeing, encouraging teamwork and positive attitudes whilst helping us make every camp memorable.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality sports sessions suitable for children of varying ages and abilities.

Motivate and encourage participants, fostering a fun and inclusive environment.

Ensure the safety and welfare of all children in your care at all times.

Work collaboratively with other coaches and camp staff.

Act as a positive role model upholding the values of Dynamic Coaching.

Essential Requirements

Enhanced DBS certificate: You must already hold a valid enhanced DBS to be considered for this role.

Experience coaching or leading sports activities with young people.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic approach.
