Through the power of sport, we aim to inspire, engage, and motivate students to develop confidence, resilience, and teamwork skills.This is more than just coaching-itxe2x80x99s about shaping futures, fostering positive attitudes, and unlocking the potential of students who thrive with the right guidance. If you have a strong background in sports coaching and a proven ability to engage young people with challenging behaviour, wexe2x80x99d love to hear from you!Your Role:

• Plan and deliver a variety of engaging sports sessions tailored to the needs of students.
• Use sport as a tool to encourage positive behaviour, teamwork, and self-discipline.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with students who require additional guidance.
• Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting activities where needed to ensure participation for all.

What Wexe2x80x99re Looking For:

• Experience coaching young people in a PRU or alternative provision setting.
• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to engage students positively.
• Passion for sports and physical activity as a means of personal growth and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one
