We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a desire to educate and inspire athletes of all levels. As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for developing training programmes, enhancing athletic performance, and fostering a positive team environment. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate individuals to achieve their personal best.

Responsibilities

Design and implement training programmes tailored to the needs of individual athletes and teams. Educate athletes on sport-specific techniques, strategies, and rules. Conduct regular training sessions, ensuring that all activities are safe and effective. Monitor athletes' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance. Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude among participants. Organise and lead practice sessions, drills, and competitive events. Maintain records of athlete performance and attendance. Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders regarding development plans and progress.

Skills

Strong knowledge of sports coaching principles and techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate effectively. Ability to motivate individuals and foster a supportive team environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in planning training sessions. Capability to assess athlete performance and provide constructive feedback. Passion for sports and commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles among participants.

Pay: 11.44-22.66 per hour
