Job Overview
We are looking for an inspirational sports teacher/coach of football and rugby, who is passionate about winning, but also values the importance of inclusive sport for all. The successful candidate will be able to inspire children, developing in them a love of PE and games. They must be dedicated, have boundless enthusiasm and be fully involved.
Responsibilities
Design and implement training programmes tailored to the needs of individual athletes and teams. Educate athletes on the rules, techniques, and strategies of the sport. Conduct regular training sessions, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and safe. Monitor athletes' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their performance. Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude among all participants. Organise and lead competitive events and matches, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively. Maintain open communication with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders regarding progress and development. Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and developments within the sport.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From 19,818.00 per year
Expected hours: 15.5 per week
