Job Overview

The successful applicants will be employed in a split capacity across both Activ8 Education and Activ8 Camps. Working in primary school settings across Doncaster to delivery our Physical Education and community programmes.

Candidates will also be flexible in timings, as they may be required to deliver or cover in our wrap around settings from 07:30 and up to 18:00.

Key Responsibilities

Understand, deliver and review our delivery structures, ensuring you adhere to high-quality standards and provide an enjoyable, participant-centric experience. Work in collaboration with site leads to provide a safe, secure environment in line with OFSTED standards Support in systematically gathering and managing participant data for the individuals you work with, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Proactively identify and address obstacles to children's participation, with a focus on accessibility and inclusivity. Effectively manage children's behaviour to maintain positive learning environments. Perform all duties in compliance with the organisation's policies, including those about equal opportunities, safeguarding and health and safety. Act as a distinguished ambassador for the Activ8 Education Group, exemplifying and upholding our core values.

Candidate Profile

An advocate for child and youth engagement, strongly inclined towards sports and physical education. A continuous learner eager to elevate personal and group performance to the highest echelons. An outstanding communicator, able to convey ideas in a clear and relatable manner. Highly organised, flexible and capable of navigating a dynamic work environment. Unwavering in integrity and authenticity, with a sincere approach to educational development. Prepared to undertake travel between educational establishments and venues dependent on location. Customer-centric, ensuring that all interactions enhance participant experience. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a diverse range of people and stakeholders

Qualifications/Experience

Level 2 Award in Multi-Skills Development or relevant NGB Level 2 Relevant degree / QTS Can show experience of working in a relevant field Competent in literacy and numeracy to Level 2 Paediatric First Aid or willing to work towards Safeguarding Children Level 2 or willing to work towards

This job is subject to receipt of enhanced DBS disclosure, and two satisfactory written references.
