This role involves creating training programmes, leading practice sessions, and fostering a positive and motivating environment for participants.

Duties

- Develop and implement training programmes tailored to the needs of individual athletes and teams.
- Conduct regular practice sessions, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Educate pupils on techniques, strategies, and rules of the sport.
- Monitor athlete performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Organise and lead competitive events, ensuring all participants are prepared and aware of expectations.
- Foster a supportive team culture that encourages personal growth and teamwork.
- Maintain communication with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders regarding progress and development.

Skills

- Proven experience in sports coaching with a strong understanding of various training methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate athletes effectively.
