We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate athletes of all ages. As a Sports Coach, you will play a pivotal role in developing skills, enhancing performance, and fostering a positive sporting environment.
Duties
Plan and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to the needs of individual athletes and teams.
Teach fundamental skills, techniques, and strategies for various sports.
Assess athlete performance and provide constructive feedback to promote improvement.
Foster teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among participants.
Organise and oversee practice sessions, competitions, and events.
Maintain a safe training environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, regarding progress and development.
Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and sports developments.
Requirements
Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching is essential.
Level 1 in sports coaching
Strong knowledge of the rules, techniques, and strategies of the sport being coached.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young children.
Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in planning sessions and events.
A passion for sports and commitment to fostering a positive sporting culture.

Pay: 15.00-23.13 per hour
