MW Sports Academy is a leading provider of high-quality sports coaching and physical education in schools across London and Surrey. We deliver engaging and inclusive wraparound clubs that promote physical activity, teamwork, and fun for children aged 4-11. We are passionate about creating a positive impact on children's development through sport.

The Role:

We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and energetic Sports Coach to join our team from September 2025, supporting structured and engaging after-school wraparound clubs in local primary schools.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a range of fun and inclusive multi-sports and physical activity sessions after school Plan and deliver sessions in line with school requirements and age-appropriate outcomes Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and school staff Lead by example, promoting teamwork, discipline, and healthy living Manage equipment and ensure proper setup/pack-down of activities Maintain safeguarding, behaviour, and health & safety standards at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience coaching children in a primary school or community setting (essential) Confident working with groups of children independently Level 1 or 2 coaching qualification in a relevant sport (multi-sports, football, etc.) Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) Safeguarding & First Aid certifications (or willingness to complete training) Punctual, professional, and organised Passionate about working with children and using sport as a development tool

Desirable:

Experience working within school wraparound care or school-based clubs PE delivery experience in schools Driving licence & access to transport

Pay: 11.00-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
