Farm Club are seeking a confident individual with a positive attitude and an ability to be highly adaptable. Ideal candidates will have a professional and positive attitude towards supporting young people on their journey through alternative provision. It is essential that the applicant has experience in working with children to join our friendly supportive team.
Farm Club is a space for children to; learn important life skills, work on their ability to emotionally regulate, receive help with communication difficulties, build an appetite for learning and be supported in social integration with others.
The position of Sports Coach/Session Leader will involve delivering sessions for students inline with our Farm Club learning programme. To ensure students are getting maximum benefit from their time with Farm Club, we require an individual who can demonstrate compassion, creativity, vigilance, patience, and resilience.
The opportunity for working hours is term time only (39 weeks of the year). The working hours available are Monday - Friday 09.00 - 15.30. Sessions run from 09:00 - 12:00 and 12:30 - 15:30. The hourly rate per hour of service provision is negotiable.
