Job Description

Are you an experienced coach with a passion for Football, Netball, Hockey, or Cricket? Ardingly College is seeking a Sports Development Officer to support our thriving Games department. You'll coach across all age groups, promote pupil wellbeing, and play a key role in our outreach programme--working with local schools and clubs to nurture sporting talent. If you have a Level 3 coaching qualification (or equivalent experience), excellent communication skills, and the drive to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

The Development Officer will be responsible for our outreach programme working with state, prep and local clubs and support the Head(s) of Sport in recruiting the best sporting talent in the area.

Candidates should have a high level of experience in coaching sports, in particular Football, Netball, Hockey, or Cricket. Candidates should be self-motivated, have the ability to work well in a busy team environment and be able to communicate effectively with pupils and staff.
