Racquet Sports Group

, a sports equipment distributor, is looking for a team member to join a small online racquet sports business. You will be working with a handful of others to fulfil Customer orders on a daily basis and retain the Company's impressive track record.

You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
You will be team orientated, efficient and take ownership of problem solving.
You will have a vibrant, supportive and warm personality with a 'can do' attitude and a hands-on approach.
You will be very organised and have a strong ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
You may or may not have previous experience with logistics.
You may or may not be someone that is sporty or involved in the racquet sport sector.

What you'll do:

Fulfil customer orders meticulously, ensuring accuracy and care in picking, packing, and shipping from our warehouse.
Coordinate incoming supplier shipments, ranging from small boxes to containers.
Continuously expand your knowledge of products and industry dynamics to support Company growth and objectives.

What you can expect:

Starting salary of 30,000 per annum based based on standard working hours of 08:15 to ~17:15, Monday to Friday.
Additional mandatory overtime of one Saturday every ~seven weeks, compensated at X1.5 pay.
Performance-based accuracy bonuses to recognise your attention to detail.
Optional pension matching: contribute 5%, and the Company will match it.
Enjoy 28 days of annual leave, inclusive of Bank Holidays, with an increase for each year of service.
