About the Role
The Sports Educator will play a key role in delivering and supporting our programmes across partner schools. Responsibilities include:
PE Delivery & School Support
Leading and supporting the delivery of engaging, inclusive PE lessons.
Embedding our values of integrity, insight, and innovation within every session.
Supporting teachers to become more confident and upskilled in delivering purposeful PE.
After-School Clubs & Wraparound Care
Delivering fun, inclusive after-school sports clubs.
Working within our wraparound care provision from Monday to Friday.
Creating positive physical experiences for children and young people aged 4-11.
Hours & Progression
21 hours per week, term-time only
, Monday to Friday.
12.50 per hour
, paid monthly.
Opportunity for
additional hours during school holidays
through our Active Camps.
The role has strong potential to
increase to 30 hours per week by Easter
based on programme growth.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience working with children in sport, education, or youth settings.
Is confident leading groups and building positive relationships.
Brings energy, creativity, and professionalism to every session.
Can work independently and as part of a supportive team.
Is committed to safeguarding and creating safe, positive environments.
(Desirable but not essential: Level 2 coaching qualifications, Level 3 supporting PE in schools, or experience delivering PE lessons.)
