Job Overview:

We're hiring physically fit and practical individuals to join our Sports Event Site Crew. You'll be part of a small, hands-on team setting up and dismantling outdoor sports events such as marathons and triathlons. Duties include erecting gazebos, laying out barriers, and setting up PA systems. The ideal candidate will have towing experience and be confident driving long-wheelbase vans and trailers.

What You'll Do:

Transport equipment to and from event sites using vans and trailers Set up and dismantle gazebos, barriers, and PA systems Install basic audio equipment (cables, speakers, microphones) Follow site plans, safety instructions, and timelines Assist with manual loading/unloading of equipment Maintain tidy workspaces and report any equipment issues
What We're Looking For:

? Full UK driving licence with category BE

? Experience driving 3.5t vans / long-wheelbase vehicles

? Confident towing trailers

? Manual handling ability - must be physically fit

? Experience in event setup, outdoor work, or similar fields

? Comfortable working early mornings, weekends, and outdoors

? Good team player with a strong work ethic

Basic tool and rigging knowledge is a bonus

Working Conditions:

Outdoor work in variable weather Flexible hours, including early starts, long days and mostly weekends Involve travel and occasional overnight stays
