Sports Facility Officer - Bradley Football Development Centre
PG5 - 28,157.22, 13.50 per hour
2 x 17 hours per week, Permanent
A vacancy has opened at Bradley Football Development Centre for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to provide facility duty management and effective day to day front of house management of the Bradley Football Centre. The duties will include:
Develop and deliver projects based around the venue's football development plan, working closely with the football leagues and community to benefit further development of football in the area.
Preparing designated dining areas (including the moving, setting up and storage of furniture and equipment) to provide a safe and comfortable environment for customers and clients.
Deliver sporting and physical activities that meet the needs of target groups, contributing to an overall increase in participation locally.
Always ensure security of the building including regular checks when opening up and locking up of the facility on an evening
Ensure the safe and secure handling of cash/card payments
Successful applicants will have:
Knowledge of the Sports Development Sector and in particular the Local Football Infrastructure
Facilities management experience gained ideally within a sports or leisure venue
Ability to organise and implement delivery of sport sessions for people of all ages and abilities
Knowledge of performance monitoring and evaluation within a sports setting
Ability to deliver football session plans to a National Curriculum Standard
Knowledge of Sports Coach UK Minimum Standards for Deployment
