The Role:

Posturite, a leader in ergonomic solutions, is seeking a DSE Assessor to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be a key part of our mission to create comfortable, productive, and pain-free working environments for our clients.

As a DSE Assessor, you'll conduct expert workstation assessments for individuals and businesses, both in-person and virtually. You'll work directly with clients experiencing discomfort or pain to evaluate their current setup and recommend tailored ergonomic solutions. This is a dynamic field-based role that combines travel to client sites with the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct comprehensive DSE Workstation Assessments Perform detailed assessments in person and virtually to identify ergonomic risks and provide effective solutions. Deliver expert recommendations: Create clear and concise written reports outlining recommended ergonomic products and strategies. Build and maintain client relationships: Act as a primary point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and support. Identify new business opportunities: Use your keen eye to identify opportunities for Posturite's various divisions and collaborate with our sales teams. Support product installations: Assist with setting up and configuring ergonomic equipment, including chairs, desks, and other related products. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs): Consistently achieve agreed-upon goals for assessments, report turnaround times, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll bring:

Desirable:



Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly within a DSE assessment or ergonomic environment GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent in English and Maths Two A Levels, with a Grade C in a relevant science or PE. This role will be covering Aberdeen & Aberdeenshire area.
