We are looking to hire a driven and professional Assistant Manager on a full-time, permanent basis at our Sports Ground complex in Abbots Leigh. The purpose of this role and primary objectives include being a senior figure within the Sports Ground team where consistently high operational delivery for all academic and commercial stakeholders is paramount. Ongoing analysis and development of our commercial output and customer experience in all areas of operations including food and beverage will be a focal point as will be management of operational staff.
Deputising for the Sports Ground Manager will be key as will be working closely with College senior management on strategy and performance measurement.
