We have an exciting opportunity for a Sports Ground Co-Ordinator to support our Sports Department during Saturday morning fixtures.
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised individual to provide essential support during Saturday mornings. This role includes assisting with the setup of equipment, coordinating match teas, and displaying fixture information on the welcome notice board.
The successful candidate will support the Director of Sport by facilitating communication with parents and students with vital information updates. Health and safety responsibilities include offering first aid support if required and liaising with the Director of Sport and Estates team to identify and address maintenance or safety concerns at our Nursery Road sports ground. Additionally, the role involves managing the efficient departure of coaches from the main school site and welcoming and directing parents and spectators to the correct courts and pitches.
The Sports Ground Co-ordinator will also undertake other duties as assigned by the Head or Director of Sport, ensuring the continued smooth operation of our facilities. This role provides a dynamic and engaging working environment within a dedicated team, offering the opportunity to play a key role in enhancing the sporting experience for students and visitors.
