Location:

Role Purpose
To coordinate and deliver MyRounders leagues across designated areas in South Wales, ensuring high-quality, inclusive and enjoyable sporting experiences for all customers.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee league fixtures across Rhondda, Newport, Penarth, Barry and Caerphilly.
Be present on
evenings and Sundays
to support smooth delivery of games.
Serve as first point of contact for players, captains and umpires.
Maintain accurate records of results and replenish equipment when necessary
Attend and pass a first aid course and umpire training
Promote the ethos and values of MyRounders at all times.
Report issues, feedback and development opportunities to the central team.
Essential Requirements
Ability to work evenings and Sundays.
Access to own car with valid driving licence and business insurance.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
Commitment to inclusivity and wellbeing through sport.
Must be punctual and reliable
Passionate about people and a good communicator.
