South Staffordshire College has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic lecturer to join our dynamic sports team. The role will primarily involve teaching experienced boxers in a gym-based environment. predominantly teaching experienced boxers in a gym environment.

The successful candidate will be required to deliver and assess a range of topics from level one to level 3 to learners aged 16-18 and 19+ across the sports disciplines.

You will have extensive experience of working in sports sector and be qualified to at least a degree or equivalent and have a teaching qualification. Experience and knowledge of BTEC and/ or NCFE specifications is desirable. You will be joining a small, supportive team that works collaboratively to ensure learners receive the academic and practical support they need to succeed in both their studies and their training.

The successful applicant ideally will have experience in either teaching, training and or assessment and hold a level 5 teaching qualification or be prepared to work towards one.
