Sports Massage Therapist (Self-Employed)
Full-Time Preferred | Part-Time Considered
We are seeking a highly reliable, professional, and motivated Sports Massage Therapist to join our growing practice. Ideal for an experienced therapist who is confident working independently within a supportive environment.
The Role
You will deliver high-quality sports and remedial massage treatments, carrying out full client consultations and tailoring treatment plans to individual needs. You will be trusted to work autonomously, uphold professional standards, and contribute positively to the reputation of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct full client consultations, assessments, and treatment planning independently
Deliver sports, deep tissue, and remedial massage treatments to a high professional standard
Maintain accurate client notes and treatment records
Competent using online booking systems
Provide excellent client care and build long-term client relationships
Work to your own initiative while aligning with clinic policies and values
High Level of Cleanliness of work area and equipment, and to adhere to the high standards of the practice
Maintain punctuality, reliability, and professional presentation at all times
Essential Skills & Attributes
Qualified Sports Massage Therapist (Level 3, 4, or equivalent)
Minimum 1 years experience
Member of SST, CTHA, BASRaT or equivalent.
Honest, dependable, and punctual with a strong work ethic
Confident working independently without supervision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing, approachable personality
Ability to take initiative and manage workload effectively
Comfortable using online booking systems and digital calendars
Professional, client-focused, and detail-oriented
Full UK driving license
Experience working in a clinic, gym, or sports environment
Additional modalities or qualifications (e.g. taping, dry needling, shockwave therapy, Tecar Therapy an advantage
