Sports (Rugby) Videographer

Job Type: Full time, Fixed Term contract (Sept 2025-May 2026)

Pay: 40,000 per annum (pro rata for fixed term contract)

Location: Remote working & occasional office visits (PO14 1AH)

Hours: 40 hours per week, regular weekend and evening working will be required

Annual leave: 22 days plus public holidays per annum (pro rata for fixed term contract) & your birthday

Who are you?

With 3+ years of professional production experience, you'll be looking for a challenge and an opportunity to create fresh, compelling rugby content. You'll be ready to lead projects, organise shoots, liaise directly with clients, self-produce/shoot, strong production skills across the Adobe suite.

You'll be a proven, truly multi-skilled videographer. From pre-production through to capture and post-production, you'll be technically sharp, being able to use a selection of cameras and highly skilled on Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.

You will need to have a thorough knowledge of rugby union and a keen interest to work on rugby content.

In this role you'll be challenged to initiate creative concepts and ideas and produce beautiful content daily!?

What is the job?

We're hiring a 'Rugby-Loving' Sport Videographer, with a true passion for rugby to join our skilled team at The Media Bunker.

From capturing content in a huddle after a test match at Twickenham, battling the elements pitchside in Cornwall, managing influencers, or capturing studio-based content with some of the greatest athletes in the game - we're looking for a creative, experienced operator who enjoys pushing their own limits and delivering premium content consistently.

We'll provide all support, equipment, direction and assistance. At times you'll be working solo and on other occasions delivering as part of an extended team.

This role will involve extensive and regular travel throughout the UK for location filming.

You will need to have:

Extensive experience of camera operation (Sony FX cameras), lighting and editing across the full Adobe Creative suite with a strong portfolio relevant to our company needs. We require 3+ years of professional production experience in paid roles, not student experience. Proven experience of creating innovative video content for digital and social platforms. Thorough experience of working in a sports production environment. A thorough knowledge of rugby union Ability to work efficiently to deadlines and to manage effectively multiple projects. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to liaise directly with clients as well as supervising team members. Authorisation to work in the UK UK driving licence and access to own vehicle to travel around the UK
