We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a

Teamwear Orders Coordinator

. The role involves managing and processing customer teamwear orders with our manufacturer, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service from order placement through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities



Accurately place teamwear and custom kit orders with manufacturer via online portals and ordering systems. Check order details for accuracy (sizes, colours, customisation, quantities, etc.) before submission. Liaise with manufacturer to confirm order status, lead times, and delivery schedules. Monitor production and shipping timelines to keep customers updated. Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure orders are processed correctly and on time. Resolve any issues with orders (delays, errors, stock shortages) quickly and professionally. Keep accurate records of all orders and correspondence. Support the wider operations team with general administration tasks when required.

Requirements



Experience in order processing, administration, or a similar coordination role (preferably in retail, wholesale, or sportswear). Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry. Good communication skills for dealing with manufacturers and internal teams. Competent in using online systems, Microsoft Office, and email. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. A proactive and problem-solving mindset. Knowledge of sports teamwear or retail would be an advantage but is not essential.

Pay: 12.80-14.00 per hour
