About Us

We are a Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy clinic that has been established for more than 7 years in Ipswich. We currently employ 4 people.

We have experienced growth despite the market challenges and this has happened because of the incredible team and culture that has been created at Active Motion by the staff this has allowed us to create a place that staff love to come to work to learn and grow and a place that our patients look forward to coming back to time and time again.

The Tasks:

Communicate with patients in a way that they can confidently make the right decision about the treatment plan you suggest. Ensure that patients achieve their clinical and health/lifestyle outcomes (in the time frame you set) Develop a mutually beneficial relationship that benefits both the patient and the clinic Communicate the value of our service with the fee/price that the patient will need to pay to access it Ensure that patients remain excited about the prospect of coming for treatment (and remain committed to the treatment plan that you suggest) Provide a high level of customer care that will cause patients to want to come back frequently and tell their friends and family about us as well Ensure that patients coming for free discovery sessions convert to an initial assessment
(When appropriate - Aim 80%)

Ensure that patients agree to a treatment plan that will help them hit their health goals Engage with potential and current patients over the phone and in person, to help them towards with health and lifestyle goals Ensure that patients complete a full plan of care (as agreed in the first session) Ensure that clinical notes are kept up-to-date and accurate Participate in, contribute to, and help to develop the in-house CPD programme
How we measure your performance:

Conversion ratio from free discovery session to an Evaluation is greater than 85% Conversion from Evaluation to full plan of care greater than 90% Completed Plan of Care ratio and successful outcome greater than 90% All note keeping, tagging and referral source monitoring is 100% completed
Skills you need to Succeed:

Be able to communicate with patients in such a way that they can understand why the suggested plan of care is the best solution to solve their problem Communicate with patients in a way that they can see value in the plan of care being put to them -in exchange for their time and money Willing and able to spot when a patient may be disillusioned or confused with their progress (and likely to drop off) To be able to communicate in such a way that the patient can confidently say yes to a full plan of care To be able to engage with and connect with patients at a personal level that goes beyond a clinical outcome Demonstrates an understanding of what the causes are - and solutions - that could lead to a patient dropping of schedule Demonstrates a willingness to be held accountable for performance Ability to thrive in an environment where measurement is the driving force behind progress
Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in Physiotherapy or Sports Therapy

Registered with HCPC and CSP or the SST or STA

PLI and Full Disclosure

Experience in private practice is not required but is preferable. Newly qualified and nearly new graduates are welcome to apply, we understand that some brilliant therapists have just qualified but don't have the right environment to flourish.

Salary: dependant on experience

Pay: 12.21-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week
