Job Description

There is a part of the job that involves administration and reception work, including use of computers, but largely this is a hands on role. Experience in health/sports therapy/physiotherapy etc is vital.

We are after someone who can be a host and welcoming figure in the clinic ensuring our patients have an exceptional experience with us, and then to help our patients to reach their health goals. The role will include;

Delivering

exceptional

service to our patients and to go above and beyond on a daily basis, customer service skills are essential.

Taking notes during consultations and treatment sessions which may be of a sensitive and confidential nature

Preparing and assisting Chiropractor perform X-ray where applicable.

Assisting patients to access various areas and equipment in the clinic, training will be given. This is a hands on role - you will be expected to assist with therapies and use medical equipment.

Assisting the Chiropractor in delivering planned care and working together to plan and evaluate progress of our patients.

After training, possibly holding a caseload of patients and planning/delivering exercise regimes.

Joining in with team meetings, training days and external marketing events which are all pre planned.

Ability to be calm professional and work within a small team in a busy clinic

Supporting and championing your team to achieve clinic target.

A genuine interest in chiropractic, health and well being.

We work Monday 0800-1900/ / Wednesday 0800-1900 /Thursday 0800-1900

Tuesdays are sometimes also required, for training and extra clinic time

Our clinic is closed on Fridays and Bank holidays - however - hours may alter, flexibility is much appreciated

Interviews will take place on/around Tuesday 16 September - this may be in person or via telephone

Pay: From 13.50 per hour
