Job Summary

We are seeking to add another skilled Spray Painter to our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction / manufacturering painting and possess a keen eye for detail. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring that all painting tasks are completed to a high standard. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and maintaining tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using spray equipment. Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and report any issues to management. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any concerns.

Skills

Proficient in construction painting techniques with a strong attention to detail. Ability to drive and transport materials to various job sites as required. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently when needed.
