We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Spraybooth Technician to join our dynamic production team.

The Role:
As a Spraybooth Technician, you'll be responsible for applying finishes to our custom kitchen products, ensuring a high-quality and durable finish that meets both aesthetic and functional standards. You'll play a crucial role in the final look and feel of our products. As a young business, this is a great opportunity to grow with the company and progress, with the introduction of further product lines in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and finish kitchen cabinetry, doors, and panels using spray equipment Mix and match paints, lacquers, and stains to achieve desired finishes Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of the spray booth and equipment Sand, prime, and inspect surfaces for quality control prior to finishing Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of materials
Requirements:

Proven experience in spray painting/finishing, preferably in a woodworking or kitchen manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of different finishing techniques and products Physical stamina and ability to lift components when needed Good time management skills and ability to meet production deadlines Familiarity with spray booth ventilation and safety systems

Pay: 27,000.00-29,000.00 per year
