Sprayer/ Labourer

to join the team.

Location:

Ellington

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday between 6am - 6pm, Saturdays are as required. Overtime available

Pay:

To be discussed, dependent on experience.

About the Role

To undertake paint spraying duties to maintain a fleet of vehicles, plant and skips ensuring downtime is kept to a minimum.

Main Responsibilities:

Adhere to Company and legislative H&S procedures at all times.

Assess the need for spraying on damaged skips.

Undertake spray painting duties including the continued maintenance of spraying machine.

Weekly maintenance check and paint sprayer.

Various labouring duties around Ellington welding shop

Undertake training for welding within the business alongside experienced welders

Complete any adhoc requests.

Qualifications/ Experience

Knowledge of shot blasting and paint spraying techniques.

Flexible and adaptable to ensure tasks are completed to meet the demands of the business.

Excellent attention to detail

Time Management skills

Highly organised with the ability to work in a pressurised environment

The confidence and competence to deliver against targets

Ability to prioritise work amidst challenging demands on time

Good knowledge of basic health and safety procedures

Desirable

Full UK driving licence.

Any other qualifications relevant to the role such as harness training, working at height, mewps, confined spaces.

Basic knowledge and experience of welding techniques.

Forklift and/or telehandler experience or qualification
