Job Description




The Global Learning & Development (GLD) organization has an opening for a Sr. Associate, Administrative Services who will be responsible for supporting The Chief Learning Officer (CLO) and a team of learning professionals focused on aligning learning solutions to business success. This role is critical to the success of the GL&D team and the individual selected must have the ability to build and manage relationships in a cross-functional, matrix organization and be able to prioritize and complete deliverables across various stakeholders. The position will also require strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, be comfortable with multi-tasking on diverse responsibilities, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The primary activities include and are not limited to the following:

Manage schedules, correspondence, and meeting setup

Manage SAP processing including expense reports, purchase orders and payment requests and vendor add forms

Managing scheduling of complex travel arrangements including multi-leg domestic and international travel including processing of Visas/Passports

Effectively and professionally liaise with both internal and external partners

Identify and improve/standardize process execution for routine learning-related activities

Manage team sites, electronic files, and other data in a systematic way for enduring use

Partner across the Global Learning Development organization with CLO direct reports and their staff to ensure GLD team needs are met

Complete various work assignments requiring independent judgment, creativity and problem-solving skills

Provide support to the GLD team on organizational restructuring and realignment activities

Appropriately build and manage relationships to achieve outcomes consistent with GLD Operating Model responsibilities and scope; may be asked to join LD networks to represent team or division

Adhere to all compliance and policy requirements of HR and the company

Support other routine or ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Education:

Required: High School Diploma

Preferred: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, Advanced education or certification such as Professional in Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification

Experience:

Minimum of (8) years Administrative Assistant experience, including support of senior leaders.

Required:

Self-starter whose work priorities and activities are reviewed with little supervision

Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills

Strong communication skills at a level to effectively interact with our company\'s executives, managers, employees and external stakeholders

Ability to problem solve through investigation and solution identification

Advanced skill set in Microsoft applications

Proficient with or ability to learn and utilize HR systems, including Workday, to complete routine and ad hoc assignments

Preferred:

Project management experience

SAP or business systems processing experience for expense reports, purchase orders and payment requests; capability to run reports within SAP system
