ABOUT THIS ROLE





As a Senior Business Development Manager at Xe, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective corporate clients. Your mission is to source, qualify, and engage leads laying the groundwork for successful client acquisition and seamless handoff to our Corporate Dealing Team. This isn't just about calls and emails it's a high-impact commercial role designed for someone hungry to learn, grow, and become a future sales leader. You'll gain real exposure to international payments, FX solutions, and enterprise sales supported by world-class tools like Salesforce and a proven sales playbook.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES



Identify and research new business opportunities via LinkedIn, CRM insights, marketing campaigns, referrals, and outbound prospecting. Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, FX exposure, and international payment challenges. Initiate outreach and nurture engagement with decision-makers through email, phone, LinkedIn, and social channels. Schedule high-quality discovery calls and meetings for our senior sales teams. Collaborate across teams (Marketing, Compliance, Credit, and Onboarding) to ensure seamless lead progression. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities and insights in Salesforce. Contribute to campaign execution and tactical outbound initiatives in your region or vertical. Hit weekly and monthly activity and qualified opportunity targets. Get exposure to international markets, sales techniques, FX solutions, and career development opportunities across our commercial teams.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS





At least 5 years of experience in sales or a client-facing commercial role from a FX payments background. Options experience is preferred A strong work ethic and proactive attitude--you're not afraid to pick up the phone or try new strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver value-driven messaging. Curiosity and coachability--you want to learn, improve, and become a trusted sales advisor. Tech-savvy and organized, with familiarity using CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
