Job Description

5+ Years experience in INTUNE autopilot and work with autopilot profiles, and end user support. Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills on INTUNE autopilot concepts. Support to end users computing for autopilot profile configurations. Responsible for implementing INTUNE configuration, compliance profile in Microsoft Intune solutions. Windows 10 and 11 provisioning, device enrolments. And work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to architect and deliver robust, scalable, shipping devices, and secure solutions. Microsoft Intune Implementation: implement Microsoft Intune autopilot profiles on end users computing that meet client requirements.Create and manage Intune policies for application deployment, device compliance, and security configurations. Ensure seamless integration with other Microsoft 365 services.Windows 10 and 11 Provisioning: Deploy Windows 10 and 11 provisioning processes using Intune Autopilot. Configure and manage Windows Update for Business policies. Develop and maintain standardized Windows 10 and 11 deployment images. Security and Compliance: Ensure all compliance policies and security best practices and compliance policies are applied within Intune and their relevant troubleshooting. Documentation and Training: Create detailed documentation of Intune configurations, Windows provisioning processes, Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and clients. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and integration with Intune. [Good to Have ] Monitor and respond to security incidents related to mobile devices and endpoints.
