We are expanding our Professional Services organization in response to our continued growth and are currently seeking a Senior Manager of Professional Services Consulting - EMEA & APAC. You will lead and mentor teams of experienced professional services (PS) consultants based at our London and Dubai offices.

You will work with the leadership and your direct team to identify and implement solutions to increase Professional Service\'s revenue while continually improving productivity, service levels, and the satisfaction our your team and Innovative\'s partners and clients.

Office Location: Tower 42, London, UK (hybrid)

Do you possess exceptional leadership skills, the technical acumen and skill to understand software technology solutions and have at least 3-5 years of diverse operations management experience across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and APAC? Do you have prior client consultancy experience with software solutions, data quality, master data management, and / or risk and compliance solutions in the financial services or related industries?

Day- to - Day Responsibilities include...

People Management

  • Serve as a role model to your direct reports and others whilst getting to know the individuals on your team and provide mentoring and support appropriate for each team member to ensure they are meeting their personal growth objectives and ideally in alignment with company\xe2\x80\x99s needs;
  • Develop and execute on comprehensive personnel resource planning (skills assessment, staffing levels, training needs, etc.) that factors in sales growth, geographic expansion, and employee turnover in order to ensure availability of adequately skilled people resources at all times;
  • Manage the performance of your team members individually and collectively including timely assessment during onboarding and probation; conducting regular and on-going cadence of 1:1s and quarterly reviews; provide open and honest feedback; document and share accolades and concerns with VP of People (HR);
  • Nurture a spirit of intellectual curiosity and provide opportunities for learning and development while cultivating a culture of inclusion, honesty, excellence, urgency, and personal, team, and company pride.
Operations Management
  • Track and report on key operating metrics such as utilization, on-time completion, resource capacity, etc. and identify solutions for improving productivity, revenue, and client and employee satisfaction;
  • Provide regular and timely reporting to leadership on project status, perform team metrics analysis; share results with leadership, the Professional Services team and individual members; develop and implement appropriate individual and team development plans;
  • Forecast resource needs based on sales and utilization forecasts to ensure you have the proper skill and experience mix and allocation of people to support the projected customer engagements.
Project Management and Sales Support
  • Provide oversight, advice, and support during all facets of the software and services delivery phases from pre-sales through post-sales delivery ensuring timely and high-quality implementations interfacing as appropriate with internal and external stakeholders, teams, and your consultants;
  • Foster positive client relationships throughout the project life cycle and work with clients and your consultants to develop a complete and accurate understanding of their needs and objects to properly advise them;
  • Troubleshoot and develop solutions to implementations problems and challenges. Use learnings to challenge and grow team knowledge and understanding;
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, and other internal teams and leadership to develop an understanding of prospective client needs and requirements including any customization needs and requests;
  • Observe, assist, and support your consultants during client kick-offs and status meetings and calls; provide oversight, support, and coaching to consultants during requirements gathering, scope assessments, SOW development for inclusion in client contracts, project planning, etc. to ensure consistent compliance with company guidelines and standards; and
  • Serve as an escalation point to clients, your direct reports, and other stakeholders for resolution of issues internally and externally.
Customer-Centric and Quality-focused Culture
  • Create a customer-centric culture within the team to provide a positive/superior customer experience through all phases of the implementation life cycle that includes developing positive interpersonal relationships with clients;
  • Nurture a quality and accountability-focused culture within the team so a consistent and high standard of excellence is the normative performance and delivery standard;
  • Mentor staff to recognize and alert sales/account management to opportunities for our product portfolio with clients;
  • Manage budgets for your region to ensure meeting profitability targets
  • Provide the mentoring and career planning support for all of your team members to ensure they are meeting their personal growth objectives as well as the company\xe2\x80\x99s needs
  • Collaborate with sales, consulting, and other internal teams to develop an understanding of prospective client needs and work collaboratively to assist / ensure meeting those needs
  • Act as an escalation point representing the UK Professional Services team for resolution of issues internally and externally
  • Perform analysis of team metrics and implement improvements as needed
The Skills and Experience you need includes....
  • 3-5 years experience managing/leading, coaching, and mentoring teams and individuals resulting in a winning and collaborative team spirit and quality-focused ethic
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical consulting position showing achievement of successful client outcomes with superior levels of satisfaction
  • Undergraduate or higher-level degree in computer or software engineering, computer or information science, mathematics or related degree OR equivalent related experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience executing professional service organizational standards, business practices and metrics
  • Ability and willingness to travel (domestically and internationally) in support of your team, clients, and company meetings/trainings.

  • Understanding or working knowledge of data management concepts, data analysis, data quality, data integration, business Intelligence, or similar technologies
  • Understanding or working knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as SQL, PowerShell, .Net or other similar languages.
  • Fluency with other languages
  • Ability and willingness to travel (domestically and internationally) in support of your team, clients, and company meetings/trainings
  • Ability and willingness to work in office 3 days per week
